Meet the Team

Different people, different passions, one very special Brood family.

At the heart of Brood is our incredible team of teachers and leaders, each with their own creative backgrounds and specialist training.

From artists and performers to chefs, educators and wellbeing practitioners, everyone brings something different to Brood.

We’re a pretty varied bunch, which is exactly how we like it! We share a love of working with families, getting creative and, of course, getting a little bit messy along the way.

Our different skills, experiences and interests find their way into everything we do - from cooking and making to dancing, playing and exploring. We’re always learning from each other and finding new ways to make our classes fun, thoughtful and a little bit different.

Most importantly, we love what we do - and we love doing it together!

Amelia

Amelia, mum of three, founded Brood after leaving her role at a creative advertising agency.

She has spent her life working with children - teaching in a Montessori school, running a kids’ theatre camp for ten years, and sharing her love of drama, art, and dance.

Brood is her way of bringing together all her creative passions, from cooking and ceramics to drawing and painting.
